What do lights on IQOS 3 DUO gadget mean…..
- Holder lights
On the holder, there are two lights. When the holder works efficiently the lights will be white. It shows how many uses are left before the need to charge. Two white lights indicate the holder can be used two times. A single light means one time and no light displays it is time to charge the holder.
In case the lights turn red it means there is an error in the device and it needs to reset.
- Pocket charger lights
The pocket charger has two sections. In part one, two lights show holder charge status. In the second part, there are four lights situated in a row. If all four lights flash, it means the pocket charger battery is 100% full. If 3 lights flash means 75%, 2 lights mean 50% and 1 light means 25%. If there are no lights means the pocket charger needs charging.
Red light flashes when the device is malfunctioning. Reset and you are ready to enjoy the IQOS sessions.
IQOS Duo charging slowly…..
Ensure that you are using the original IQOS AC power adapter and cable. Charging IQOS from a computer’s USB port is 4X less effective than charging with the original AC adapter. In case the pocket charger is fully charged and you connected it to the power supply ten the status light will blink. It is normal. It does not mean the pocket charger is malfunctioning. If the pocket charger is totally discharged, then plug it in using an official AC adapter. The status light will appear within 20 minutes.

IQOS Duo status light blinks…..
When the white light blinks twice, it means the device is operating over its temperature range of 0°C to 50°C. Conversely, you may need to insert the holder in the pocket charger for auto-cleaning [with doors closed].
When the red light flashes, it means you need to reset the device. If it continues then contact IQOS customer care.
White light on the holder flashes…..
It means the holder needs charging. Insert the holder inside the pocket charger. After some time two tiny lights situated on the pocket charger will turn solid white [means completely charged]. The charging takes around 4.30 minutes.
How to reset IQOS Duo…..
The IQOS device is completely charged but does not work. It may need to reset.
- Press the pocket charger control button for some time until the light turns off. Now, release the button and the status lights will shut off blink twice, and fade out. It confirms a reset.
IQOS Duo has physical damage…..
If the blade is broken or there is some physical damage contact IQOS customer care. Sometimes, when you clean the holder the blade within can get damaged. So, while cleaning never exert force on the blade. Make sure not to twist HEETs sticks, when it is inside the holder. It can damage the heating blade, which disturbs the IQOS experience.
Lights don’t flash while charging…..
If the device including the pocket charger withholder inserted inside is connected to a power source through a USB cable but the charging light does not blink then wait for 15 minutes. Sometimes, it takes some time for the light to start flashing displaying that your device is successfully charging. After 15 minutes, if the charging light does not blink then contact the IQOS customer care.
